COPY MACHINE SERVICE
Copy machine service is available for per page *fee. A reduced charge will be given when patrons provide their own “special” paper such as pre-printed letter heads, bulletin style, or special weight. Paper must be compatible to the machine as determined by the library staff. Typical white or colored paper does not qualify as “special” paper. In these situations the reduced price will correspond to the current copy fees.
Copyright compliance is expected and the staff reserves the right to refuse to make copies of any material which violates copyright laws.

FAX SERVICE
Fax service (sending and receiving) is available for per page * fee. Should there be concern that the item being faxed, may not work properly with our equipment, a copy will be made to limit the chance of damage for both parties (copy * fees apply). The Library does not guarantee while you wait service as we have no control over the receiver’s fax capabilities. While the Library equipment produces a report stating sent item status is “Result OK”, it only implies that a connection was made to the receiving machine not to whom you are directing the fax. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage of items being faxed.
